Samsung Galaxy devices are enabled with Samsung Knox Guard security features to protect your device and assets from fraud, theft, and data loss.Your device may be automatically locked due to:

  1. Late or non-payment of monthly subscription.

  2. Removal of primary SIM card used at time of initial device setup.

  3. Device is disconnected from the internet for an extended period of time.

To unlock device, customer can resolve the issue by making payment, reinserting original SIM card, or contacting Cinch customer support via our Whatsapp at +60 11-2680 2668 or send us an email at support@cinch.my.

  • Select the preferred device, subscription period and add to cart

  • Create an account and verify your identity through SumSub and click proceed to order

  • Finalise payment and delivery details and submit order

  • Check your email to receive updates on your order status

  • Receive the device at your doorstep!

Cinch subscriptions are currently available to individuals aged 18 years or older with: - Malaysian Citizens (MyKad holders).

As part of our verification process, all customers must complete an identity check (via MyKad, or MyTentera) through SumSub and a credit check through our Credit partners.

We only use your data to manage your relationship with Cinch and our services. Through Singpass we receive standard-format personal data including income information. We only use privacy and encryption protocols that are approved by Singpass. We take data privacy extremely seriously. We accept Direct Debit, Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. We do not accept any prepaid cards.

To determine your eligibility for other devices, we consider your credit limit with us. We’re currently working on improvements to make your credit limit information more readily available. Yes, you can potentially use your phone overseas! However, there are a few things to consider: International roaming charges: Most phone plans don't cover data, calls, and texts abroad. Using your phone overseas without an international plan can lead to high roaming charges.Here are some ways to stay connected overseas without breaking the bank:Contact your carrier: Ask about international roaming plans or add-ons for your specific destination. Purchase a local SIM card: This allows you to use a local phone number and potentially cheaper data plans. For using an international SIM card with your device, we recommend inserting it into slot 2. Use Wi-Fi calling and messaging apps: Many apps like WhatsApp and Viber allow free calls and texts over Wi-Fi networks.

You should be able to download any applications compatible with the rental device! We aim to provide open access for app downloads.

However, there could be some unforeseen circumstances that might limit downloads, such as:

Storage limitations: The rental device might have limited storage space, restricting the number of apps you can download.

Security protocols: Certain apps might not be compatible with the device's security settings for safety reasons.

If you encounter any issues downloading a compatible app, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer support team. They'll be happy to assist you!

At Cinch, we’re all about giving you access to the latest tech without the commitment of buying. We offer a variety of electronics for rent, from top-of-the-line smartphones and laptops to smartwatches and even gaming consoles! Plus, when your rental term ends, the choice is yours! You can purchase the device you’ve been renting to keep it, or simply return it and choose something new.

No problem! If you decide to cancel your recent order, you can return the product within 3 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in its original packaging and good condition. Thinking about a change after the 3-day return window? We understand. However, any requests to end your subscription early or switch to a different model will be considered an early upgrade. This means an early termination/upgrade fee of RM350 will apply.
